Please note that should you withdraw from either a sale or purchase within 7 days of instruction that only 50% off any fees paid will be refunded within 30 days minus any costs incurred.

After the 7 day period you will be issued with a credit note minus any costs that will be valid for one year. Should the sale or purchase collapse due to none fault from the time of instruction you will be issued with a credit note valid for 3 years at the full amount minus any costs incurred.

Any type of refund will not be issued if you fail to obtain a mortgage, or any other type of finance including cash. This refund policy only applies to The Conveyancing Agency Only and not any other associated third parties or companies.

All requests for any type of refund must be sent in writing to accounts@theconveyancingagency.com. We will always do our best to help and assess each case with the upmost though and consideration at all times.
